Mission
Revive Church exists to change lives, communities, and the world for Jesus Christ.
As a church, we are called to carry out the Great Commission. Our mission drives everything we do, from the ministries we provide to the messages we preach. We hope this calling serves as an invitation to actively participate in the work of the Lord with us — rather than remain a spectator when there is so much to experience in Him!
We believe that actively making your life matter is far more rewarding than simply watching it pass by.
Love God. We love God by growing in our knowledge of Him and living in worshipful obedience to His Word.
Love People. We love people by imitating Jesus and inviting the broken and suffering to receive hope and care.
Make Disciples. We make disciples by proclaiming the powerful message of the gospel — that Jesus Christ lived in perfect obedience to the Father, was crucified for our sin, was resurrected by the power of the Holy Spirit, ascended into heaven, and will one day return to make all things new.
Our Story
Revive Church was birthed from a deep desire to experience genuine and bold revival, rooted in the belief that God wanted to move beyond the confines of legalistic religion.
Today, Revive Church is a vibrant and diverse faith community based in New Philadelphia, Ohio, with connections, partnerships and expression in a network of churches across the United States and around the world.
We love gathering together as a family of believers, but we understand that church is more than just a place to go; it’s our identity as followers of Jesus Christ.

International Missions
In the heart of our faith lies a compelling mandate: the Great Commission, as articulated by Jesus Christ in Mark 16:15, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." This divine instruction guides our mission to bring the transformative power of the gospel to every corner of the globe, with a special focus on at-risk nations, marginalized people groups, and diverse cultures.
Our Calling
The call to international ministry is not merely an organizational objective but a profound spiritual commitment. We are compelled by Christ's love to reach beyond our borders and comfort zones, to touch lives in regions often overlooked or inaccessible. Our vision is rooted in compassion, driven by a sense of urgency, and sustained by faith.
Target Areas: At-Risk Nations
We identify and prioritize nations where political instability, economic hardship, and social unrest create environments of great need and opportunity for the gospel. In these areas, we aim to establish sustainable ministries that provide spiritual nourishment and practical support. Currently we are working with and partnering with works in Zambia, South Sudan, Pakistan and India.

Marginalized People Groups
Our mission extends to the forgotten and overlooked, those who are marginalized due to ethnicity, social status, or geographic isolation. By partnering with local leaders and leveraging cultural insights, we strive to present the gospel in ways that resonate deeply within these communities.

Understanding that the gospel transcends cultural barriers, we celebrate the richness of global diversity. Our ministry adapts to cultural contexts, ensuring that the message of Jesus Christ is communicated effectively and respectfully, honoring the unique heritage of each people group.
